- Terms and Conditions -

GENERAL

The Buyer placing an order on the website or by any other means constitutes an offer by the Buyer to the Seller.

A contract for the sale of goods will be made when the Seller accepts the Buyer’s offer by sending an email confirmation.

All orders are on these terms and conditions unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

Nothing in these terms and conditions affects the Buyer's statutory rights.

PRICE

Prices displayed do NOT include postage and packing, which is charged extra. All prices are in pounds sterling.

Payment Methods We accept all the major credit/debit cards via our payment gateway.

Online Orders & Card Security All credit / debit card orders placed online are made on a secure, encrypted server to ensure the privacy and security of your information. All payment transactions take place on the secure encrypted server of our payment processor.  We never have access to your card details at any time.

DELIVERY

Goods will be dispatched only after payment has been received.

The postage and packing charge indicated on the website is for delivery to a single address per order.

Where goods are sent outside the UK, customs duties and all taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer.
The Buyer must provide a delivery address at the time of placing an order.

Goods will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK and either AirSure or International Signed For outside of the UK.

VAT

The seller is not currently registered for VAT and so VAT is not charged.

LIABILITY

Liability of the Seller for negligence and for breach of any term whether express or implied is limited to the price of the goods. Faulty goods will be replaced or the purchase price refunded at the Seller's discretion. Nothing in this clause excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury.

FAULTY OR MIS-DESCRIBED GOODS

Faulty or mis-described goods will be replaced by the Seller if the Buyer informs the Seller of such fault or mis-description within 10 days of delivery. The Buyer must return such goods to the Seller at the Buyer’s expense and at the Buyer’s risk of loss or damage in transit, before any refund or replacement is sent. The Buyer is strongly advised to use a tracked and insured postal service.

Colours of goods may vary slightly from those displayed on the website.

CARE OF SCARVES

Cashmere and pashmina are very delicate fibres and must be treated with care. Rough handling will damage them and it is the responsibility of the Buyer to handle and clean the goods carefully and follow any care instructions given. All cashmere and pashmina goods  should be dry cleaned.  Pure cashmere ring shawls can be hand washed using non-chemical detergent.

RETURNS

RETURNS

Items that have been damaged, marked, soiled with human/animal hair, perfume or other odours are not returnable or refundable. We cannot and will not resell soiled goods.

In accordance with the legal provisions in operation, the CUSTOMER is entitled to annul the purchase, without penalty and without specifying any reason, within 14 days from the date the goods are received. The buyer must send the item back in new condition with tags. The buyer must pay the return postage and send it by Royal Mail Registered/Signed For or by Courier. This ensures that the item can be tracked if lost in the post.

In case of multiple purchases made by the CUSTOMER with one order and delivered separately, the period of 14 days shall run from the date of receipt of the last product.
